Sun damage doesn’t just fade.
Years of UV exposure can quietly accumulate in the skin and sometimes that means more than pigmentation or fine lines.
Pre-cancerous skin cells, known as actinic keratoses, can develop with very few visible signs.
PDT (Photodynamic Therapy) is a medical light treatment that targets sun damaged and pre-cancerous skin cells. A medicated solution is applied to the skin, which is then activated by blue and red LED light to selectively treat the abnormal cells without surgery.
