Dermal therapy treatments

Medical grade LED treatment

At GVSL our medical grade LED is a painless, soothing treatment that uses pure light waves to rejuvenate and repair the outer layers of the skin.

We have five wavelengths to utilise with the MediLUX system:

  • Blue (420nm)
  • Green (520nm)
  • Yellow (590nm)
  • Red (633nm)
  • Near Infrared (830nm)
Led

How does LED work?

Each wavelength of LED light has particular properties:

  • Blue (420nm) = reduces sebaceous activity, acne breakouts, kills bacteria
  • Green (520nm) = anti inflammatory, reduces swelling
  • Yellow (590nm) = increases skin hydration, thickness and reduces redness
  • Red (633nm) = encourages circulation and collagen production, good for signs of aging
  • Near Infrared (830nm) = boosts ATP for deep cellular regeneration and wound healing

Who can benefit from LED?

Clients with skin concerns who want an effective but gentle treatment.

LED treats:

  • Acne
  • Signs of aging
  • Inflammation / redness
  • Swelling or bruising post other procedures or surgery
  • Non healing ulcers or wounds
